I bought this cup in Seoul at a high-end design company filled with impeccably conceived of items. Many of them seemed extravagantly priced, but none of them seemed like a rip-off. This coffee mug spoke to me. It's kind of a tribute to the suburban domestic bliss of my childhood, so it only seems natural that I brought it back home to roost in a place it would be comfortable. It was Sunday afternoon. The weekend had not been spent, the sun was still in the sky, and my coffee mug was more than half full.
