Since I moved to a town with 2 and 3-story houses instead of horizon-erasing highrises, the sunsets are very present. On nice days or especially after a storm they make you stop what you're doing. As beautiful as they are the fiery colours ignite a sadness in me (in everyone I guess) that intensifies as the sun gets lower in the sky and once it's gone, the feeling is gone too. On overcast days it gets dark outside without drama and without any emotional involvement on my part.
