This world is frequently and sometimes relentlessly mundane. The aisles of the supermarket arranged like obedient soldiers. The moments of the days swallowed up like the dotted lines of an interstate as you speed pass. Then once in a while the creator of things can still summon the power to astonish us as long as we do our part and pay sufficient attention. On a gloomy featureless Sunday evening coming out of the local Stop & Shop I alighted on a sky above the Kentucky Fried Chicken that imbued the parking lot and hills aligning Route 6 with a dignified drama that haloes all our actions if we have sufficient faith.
