If you're changing venues while travelling there is inevitably those gaps when the next room isn't ready yet and you have to amuse yourself on the streets for a few hours. You drag your suitcase behind you like an albatross (how did people do this before wheels?) and hope to find somewhere on a ground floor that has good coffee and food. Seoul might be one of the best cities for this - except for the steep hills - since their coffee and bread game is so superior. This is called salt bread and sent me to heaven. A delicious flat white with a floating heart and a comfortable seat outside and I had slid comfortably closer to a soft bed. The next hour spent at a kebab shop with assaulting techno nearly knocked all that zen out of me, though.
